The Rawkathon

Was such a treat

Where body mind and spirit meet

But living food

Is just a part

We also need to nourish heart

The Life-force flows

Within without

It's All There Is without a doubt

We need pure food

And pure thoughts too

They feed both body and mind of you

We are what we eat

Is so very true

But it's love that feeds the spirit in you

When body and mind

And spirit are pure

On Wings of Love your Soul doth soar

To touch The Heart

Of All That Is

To live in joy and wondrous bliss

For Heaven's within

Your own heart and Soul

The joy of just 'Being' a part of The Whole

So purify body

And cleanse your mind

Then open your heart where you will find

Your Holy True Self

Your Essence Divine

On love only love your Soul doth dine
