"Guardians of Being"

What a wonderful phrase

Conveying great Truth in few words

Animal angels

In many a 'guise

Cats dogs and horses and birds

All are content

To live and just 'Be'

At one with Life's natural flow

Outside of time

In tune with One Life

In radiant Presence they glow

Flowers and trees

And all that doth grow

Also abide in the Now

Stop look and listen

But not with your mind

Observe and they'll show you all how

Connect with your heart

From the depths of your Soul

From The Centre from whence love doth flow

For The Source of their Being

Is also in you

It's the One Light of Life that doth glow

Pure Consciousness 'Being'

For that's what God Is

SHe's no single Being SHe's Being Itself

So emulate Nature

The womb of All Life

In The Stillness you'll find Life's true wealth

This poem came forth after I had listened to an interview between Eckhart Tolle and Oprah, about his book entitled 'A New Earth', during which he used the expression "Guardians of Being" ~ which resonated so deeply within me, as did most of their conversations!
