Love begins with you and me

Be the love you want to see

Be the peace you want to be

Yes love begins with you and me

You cannot change another's mind

Just live in love and you will find

Your energy ripples far and wide

Touching others by your side

Every thought that you send out

Affects the whole without a doubt

Every deed you undertake

Affects the world there's no mistake

Send out love unto your friends

Where all's not well then make amends

Father mother sister son

All are part of radiant One

Send love far to other lands

With loving heart reach out thy hands

Brothers daughters husbands wives

Let love and peace touch all their lives

And don't forget sweet Mother Earth

It is through Her new life forms birth

Animals birds flowers and trees

And all God's creatures in the seas

So let love's wings fly far and wide

Let planet earth in love abide

Show the way for all to see

That love begins with you and me
