The Power Pause is simple and clear

A wonderful way to get rid of fear

For fear is the greatest enemy of man

And was not intended in God's Divine Plan

Life is meant to be wondrous and free

Filled with God's beauty that's all around thee

A life filled with love and joyous days

Abundance for all who follow these ways

There's nothing to fear except fear itself

Life offers all abundance and health

It is your own mind that holds the key

To treasures Divine that are waiting for thee

Love Is of God and God Is  All Life

God Is Pure Joy and free from strife

God Is All that is wholesome and pure

And shows you the way to heaven's door

Trust in Love which Is your own Soul

Your Higher Self is radiant and whole

Made in God's image all are we

Joyous and loving and totally free

So close your eyes now pause and be still

With joy and love your being fill

Fear can't exist in the presence of Light

So think of all that is radiant and bright

Don't focus on things that cause you pain

Wash them away with golden rain

Let tears of joy cleanse your mind

And slowly but surely you will find

That love only love is your dominant thought

Let your heart rule your head as all prophets' have taught

Live life in love with joy in your heart

And know that from God you never can part

For God Is The Essence of who you all are

SHe's the Life Force within like a radiant star

A star that's Pure Love and wondrous Pure Light

Connect with It's Essence and banish dark night

And please don't forget when all else is done

To offer your thanks up to Radiant One

Remember with love and a pure grateful heart

All things come from God of whom you're a part
