Tick tock tick tock

Clocks and watches sing

Tick tock tick tock

Imprisonment we bring

Rushing here and rushing there

Will it all get done

Relax let go and lighten up

Time to have more fun

Time to rest unwind be still

Pause enjoy Life's gifts

Breathe in deeply consciously

Then mind and spirit lifts

Life is meant to be enjoyed

Not to waste away

It's filled with priceless precious gems

To bring you joy each day

Past and future don't exist

Except within your mind

It's only in the present

True happiness you'll find

Enjoy each precious moment

Or else you'll surely find

That life's raced past whilst you have lived

Confined within your mind

So pause be still relax just Be

Some space to Self now give

The time of your life is right here and now

There's nowhere else you can live
